Do you have any of these frequently asked questions?
This looks like what I need to grow my business, but I'm worried because I'm burned out from self-study through other courses and think I need live interaction. How much live interaction will I get in this membership?
So glad you asked. As I spoke about in the video, I was struggling in group coaching programs because there wasn't enough focussed attention on my business.
Before I cover all the opportunities you have to get mentoring and connection, I want to comment on the idea that you are burnt out. What you will learn in the breakthrough area alone is worth joining for. By watching just one or two videos in that section alone, you will gain an understanding of why you are burnt out and how to turn that around and become motivated again.
As we developed this membership, helping you get the 1) elite education, 2) connections and network, and 3) personal attention you need to succeed was top of mind.
In addition to all the education in the portal (which we guide you how to use in an orientation) there are several things we do each month to help you connect, build your network, and get personal support for your business.
1) Community Calls. Our monthly group call is a place to get inspired, get help with your business and engage with other members! During this call, we actively help you meet other members in meaningful ways.
2) The Elm Network. Once inside, you'll be invited to be part of a inner network of people who meet in the real world to help each other. Business grows through personal connections, and we help our members make the kinds of connections that benefit everyone. We help you make 1-1 connections. We also help you organize or participate in small group success-pods and teach you how to make the most of them.
3) One-on-one coaching. If you're at the point of your business where you don't know exactly what you want to do or you don't have an inspiring marketing message, product, service or funnel or sales page, it can be downright dangerous to figure this out in a group format. That is why we offer access to 1-1 coaching and mentorship with highly trained experts and coaches to help you get the personal connection and attention you need to succeed faster.
Where does the community group meet monthly? Do you meet in person? Or online?
Because we have a global audience, the monthly community meetings are held online.
We hold the community meetings on the last Tuesday of each month at 11 am-12:30 pm PT online. On the rare occasion that we need to change a call, we give you ample notice.
Our community calls offer you an opportunity to hear new ideas, participate in a q&a, and connect and mingle with other members in meaningful ways.
Between meetings, we provide an area of the portal and training to help members connect and support each other outside the membership.
We strongly encourage (and provide guidance) to help members connect outside the membership, because when good people come together, good things happen for all involved.

Jill, I want to sign up, but here’s my struggle: I sign up for it and become overwhelmed by the learning curve (as I often do when I sign up for these things). Right now I am struggling, as some days I have no focus on anything and can’t seem to accomplish a simple task.
I love this question and the self-awareness it takes to ask it. I have been in the same boat in courses I have taken and I don't have a one-size-fits-all answer for you.
On the one hand, staying in a place where you are struggling, have no focus and can’t seem to accomplish a simple task is not sustainable.
